KEVIN BILICS

Bachelor of Architectural Science

Kevin graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Architectural Science in 2015, and has been working in the construction field for over 10 years. His passion for seeing a build through from start to finish led him to found Spectre in 2017, where his theoretical and practical knowledge has been applied to a multitude of various projects and endeavours.

ADAM LILA

Bachelor of Arts

Adam brings a unique set of skills to our team at Spectre. Coming from a marketing and managerial background, all projects are overseen by him with a meticulous attention to detail. Using a hands on approach, combined with a wide network and genuine client relations, every experience with Adam is nothing short of the best.

DIRECTOR OF DESIGN

NIKOLAY NIKOLOV

Bachelor of Interior Design

Nikolay will present his design to you, and we'll be questioning whether it's a real image or a rendering. Having studied Interior Design at Ryerson University, he has a deep understanding of the intricacies of spaces and building, and has a keen ear for listening to your goals and desires. He works hand in hand with our clients and tradespeople, ensuring the final product is exactly what you envisioned.
