Your home is where you should feel most comfortable and at peace. This basement apartment was designed with this principle in mind, and was built brand new from bare concrete walls up. A side entrance was created, with a modern sleek kitchen and luxurious spa-like bathroom. With complete sound proofing, this basement is a perfect and unique space to live in.

Simple, clean, and modern were the three keys our client desired from this loft remodel. So we tore it back to the studs, opened up the kitchen, installed new bright floors, then rebuilt the fireplace and staircase. The only thing that looks better than this condo is the view of the city from the floor to ceiling windows.
